We explain what we handle.

The short version

• You decide what to share. Uploading a bill is optional, and you can black out your account number first.
• A person on our team reads your information to prepare your report. We do not use AI to read your documents today.
• Your files are private. Only you and authorized staff can open them, and staff access is logged.
• We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
• Delete everything, including your sign-in, from the app whenever you like. We finish within 30 days (backups age out within 35).
• We never ask for your solar or utility password. If we read production data from Enphase, it is read-only: we cannot control your system.

How long we keep things

Uploaded files: 3 years. Reports and the figures taken from your files: 5 years. Sign-in account: while you are enrolled, then 3 years. Backups: rolling 35 days. Deleting at your request always comes first.

What a report is, and is not
