How to read the sample

  • The answer comes first. The example begins by saying whether the solar system is sending updates.
  • An estimate is clearly labeled. It is never presented as your final electric bill.
  • The reason matters more than the number. A short explanation says what may have changed, such as using more electricity in the evening.
  • The report ends with one next step. If nothing needs attention, it says that plainly.

Your report depends on what you enter
